Little late with the st nick pics.... It was cookie craziness yesterday here, 5 batches, one 3 yr old, one 10 month old and an annoying german shephard in the way. One big crazy, fun mess!!! ahhhh the holidays!!! Happy Birthday Grammy Blaze!!!! And yesterday Happy 96th Birthday to Aunty!!!

So, a week and a half later we are FINALLY healed around here. 2 kids sick when you are sick, and i mean hunched over the toilet sick is no joke!!!! Now we can do all fun Christmas stuff this weekend and next week!! yeh!!! I got all my gifts wrapped tonite :-) both kids went to bed by 7 so i was lucky!! Tonite jillian and I made sugar cookie dough so we can make cut

out cookies tomorrow using cookie cutters me and erin and my mom used growing up! We are also going to make a couple other kinds. It's nice to be off the brat diet!!

Update wise Miss olivia has turned into quite a little terror with the tree, and everything else within her reach. Now she grabs an ornament and looks at us, then runs away. She's getting fast. She's starting to say some words. OF course DA DA for daddy, and she says it real loud whenever she sees him! For me I get a mmmam, kind of guttural sounding. Guess its better than a blank stare! When she grabs something new she says, "dat". She's just so different than jillian, i really didnt realize how good a baby jillian was. She just never got into everything. Its so funny having this little baby follow you around, its like a doll that walks. She makes me laugh alot!!

Jillian is her usual charming self, her new thing is dinosaurs. We play dinosaurs alot, im always the evil t-rex eating everyone, she's always the "princess" dinosaur! She's very excited for santa, she wants a unicorn, snow white doll, barbie dream house and a laptop like daddies. She's changed so much from last Christmas, its really quite amazing. Alot more fun, and we can really use santa to our advantage, discipline wise!!

How Olivia spent her 10 month birthday poor thing

So, Wed. ryan started experiencing "flu like" symptoms, by thurs me and the girls had head colds. Sat morning all seemed to be getting better, when i suddenly got dizzy, and had my own "flu like" symptoms for the next 4 hrs straight. I can definitely say if given a choice between stomach flu or labor pains, i pick labor! Least you get some breaks. I start feeling human sat nite, and jillian starts with the "flu like " symptoms, which go on every hour all nite. so far today everyone is dragging along, ahhhh. thank god i'm neurotic and had all my xmas up and shopping done, cause this flu crap took me out!!! Poor Olivia is cutting 2 teeth too!! I remember when sick days were my happy days, home watching soaps all day-- if i never have to experience another sick day again i will be truly happy!!

So we had a christmas party tonite, 14 adults and 13 kids! It started at 4pm and by 930pm our last guests left! Things sure have changed, we use to start the party at 930pm ha ha!! Lots of running around, laughing and playing!

I helped Jillian get everything ready for turkey day tommorrow! She loves to help, we got the sweet potates, cranberry sauce, a dip, green bean casserole and stuffing all done tonite so tommorrow will be a piece of cake, er pie!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

Baby Carrier No More...

Today miss Olivia has her 9 month check up with our new doctor. Love her so much, she sat with us for at least 20 mins getting to know olivia, our family and jillian. It was great, and she has kids my kids age, im really happy! Olivia has been going through stranger danger lately and she even liked the doc! did all her tricks, clapping, waving and so big! So, here's the stats:
weight 21lbs, 5 oz (85%)
height 29 1/4(93%)
head 46 cm (90%)
She is behind jillian still about a 1.5 lb and 1/2 inch and currently wearing a 9 month thanksgiving sleeper just fine, so even though she's a "big baby" according to percentiles i think she's growing alot slower than jillian and other kids. For being almost 11 lbs at birth, only gaining 10 lbs isn't that much! Doc said we will see over the next year, for now she is all healthy and wearing her baby phat pretty cutely!! So, we have to retire the baby carrier, 29 inches is max doc said. I'm sure gonna miss that thing, its so nice when you come home they can keep napping. Oh well- i think she will like sitting in the big girl car seat like big sis!! Awwww, so big!!
