it's my bday whoot whoot

ya not really, bday's are alot more fun when u r little, the parties, the balloons, the gifts!! ha ha. Had a great weekend, jillians better, now olivia's got it. Boogerita is all i can say. She napped from 1130 to 5pm today, kinda missed her!!! So after 15 bdays of flowers, ryan is shaking it up, the door bell rang and it was a fruit bouquet! it was Delicious, fruit all week, and believe me after the weekend of eating and non exercise ive had i need it!!! Jamaica is coming way to fast, lets just hope my new "miracle swimsuit" i ordered fri nite truly produces miracles!!! I also got my the new front porch bench i wanted so im happy! jillian and i got all out pots and patio furniture out too, so im sure it will snow soon!!!! now im going to cap my bday bonanza with a nice big piece of tiramisu, yum!!!

I swear, ryan, jillian and I have never been so sick as we have the last 4 months. Today, had to go to the doctor again with Jillian, diagnosis:viral infection and croup, so she got "cherry juice" (a steriod). She went off amoxicillian just last sat, after 10 days!! In her first 3 years she went to the doctor 2 times, besides regular visits, and the amoxicillian was her 1st antibotic ever!! What is the deal? Its not like she is in school?? Can't wait till fall when preschool starts, ugh! I am sick of being or dealing with sickness around here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This bug better be gone before my birthday weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok this blog is about my kids, but i really have to just get this off my chest. It completely amazes me, in this country, after all the overspending we have done, the trillions of dollars we are in debt, Washington law makers think this is the answer. To spend MORE. i think this quote today from the wall street journal sums it up best,

this legislation "will increase taxes, increase premiums and increase debt, while decreasing economic growth, job growth, and the quality of health care. " So it will - if it is allowed to go into effect

Luckily , key parts of Obamacare- especially the subsidies - don't go into effect until 2014. So what republicans have to do is to make the 2010 and 2012 elections refereneda on Obamacare, win those elections and then repeal Obamacare.

Does the president, congress, ect... realize they work for us??? When 60% of americans are against a policy, get a clue. ahhhhh now i feel better.

Time to relax after a busy day of playing at stonefire and checking out Aunty E's and Uncle's huge fish tank! Jillian loved feeding the fish, and watching the crabs- she's gonna go bananas when nemo is in their in a few months!!! Yeh 4 day weekends rock!!!!

Funny how 40's and sunny seems so "warm"!! Today while my perfect angel baby Olivia took her 4 hr nap, I took my napless wild firstborn outside to burn off some of her "spirit". I tackled the nastiest that is our backyard, thanks kaine. I was also, unknown to ryan, planning all the bushes I'm pulling out and raised flower beds i want him to build. Oh, and i want a picket fence around my garden to keep out that pig dog. I know the front bushes will get pulled out without asking twice cause he can use his four wheeler, good bye weird square bushes!!! Oh, warm weather please come soon!!

So, I've been trying to teach jillian about saving, cause lately she wants EVERYTHING and its driving me bananas. How many dolls and barbies does one 3 yr old need?? So, i opened her a savings account and we took all her change in and she seems to like having her "checkbook". So today the pottery barn kids magazine comes and she says to me, "mommy, lets sell the house so i can have everything in this book." i said where will we live? she says, outside in a tent, with all my new toys! I have my work cut out for me with this one!!!
